Q. What happens to the money donated?

A. The money that is donated will go directly to the soldiers that are deployed in combat zones. The initial effort will be focused on those service members involved in Operation Enduring Freedom.

Q. How much does the soldier’s individual wifi cost?

A. The soldier’s individual WiFi can cost anywhere from 60-180 dollars per month depending on the location to which they are deployed.

Q. Do the soldiers have access to other wifi when deployed?

A. Yes, the soldiers have access to shared WiFi in a MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) room which is extremely slow and difficult to use. This WiFi is shared by an entire encampment and only available in the MWR room.
